I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for your excellent coaching.  I am so grateful to be a part of this 42-Day Jumpstart. Last night’s call really struck a chord with me. I loved the thought that this process is my choice.

I felt so empowered after the call last night. Today was an awesome day. Had many temptations at work and was able to stick with my plan… I felt so strong and proud and best of all–it wasn’t difficult–just changed my perspective!

Working with CJ was a total life changer for me. I no longer feel like I am a slave to food, which is the first time that I can say that since I was a child.

CJ helped me break through some huge blocks (in her very sweet but no nonsense way) and I feel like a new person. Not only that, I’m starting to look like a whole new person too!

I have begun to eat the healthy things I love again and am already feeling better physically. I am reminded that I enjoy taking care of myself and sleeping better, losing my snoring and having more energy. I am reminded that I am still beautiful with or without 30 extra pounds…and I was reminded of that by the grace of the universe last week. I had a real offer on a personal level to remind me that I am beautiful…LOL….it was fun to say no thank you. What I got out of that experience was that I was feeling beautiful so I was beautiful.

I am on path in so many ways. I have amazing friends, and family, a beautiful partner and I’m following my dream to national recognition as an artist. I’m focused and aware and happy to be me…I’m ready to finish the job of taking off the rest of my extra weight not because I am fat, but because I deserve to be even healthier…

I have only begun the process of discovering how I can live a healthier life. My coach helped me to understand the steps do not have to be big, they can be small but sure. I am trying to live with just a tiny bit less criticism of myself. I am trying to live with using food just a tiny bit less for comfort. I am trying to appreciate a tiny bit that I am not broken. She helped me realize, if I do not believe what I am saying, then it is of no value. Sometimes, the journey truly does begin with a single step. I thank her for that gift.

My relationship with my finances has been transformed. I am extremely conscious of what I’m doing with my money and where it’s going because I have taken back my power in my relationship with my finances. I no longer feel in service to my money; it is in service to my goals and desires.

In terms of concrete results, I never believe it when I read testimonials, but in doing the work and remaining conscious of where I was placing my money and why, I actually finished out my first monthly budget with a surplus of $1,200 more than I thought I would have at the end of the month.

I just want you to know that for years I have struggled with money and my ability to generate money. Since starting the coaching, I have received contract work (from out of the blue)…completely unexpected AND such a blessing. I had a former real estate client call me wanting me to sell their office property. I had the CEO of a company I was discussing paying them to be a partner…offer to create a corporate owned office for me! Even today, I received another call for additional contract work at 40 hrs per week. I also received a call to be a part of a real estate deal that may prove to be very lucrative.

I was able to make splendid progress on my business with CJ’s guidance and suggestions — she coached me through raising my prices, offering packages to clients that I hadn’t considered and understanding the value I bring to my clients.
